Many of the cryptocurrency debit cards Visa today stopped working, as the company has stopped cooperation with a provider of debit cards WaveCrest.
Outside were all the cards that were released WaveCrest, including products from CryptoPay, Bitwala, TenX, Wirex and others.
At first glance it may seem that Visa stopped working with cryptocurrencies, but really, the problem lies in the company WaveCrest, which has repeatedly violated company policy Visa. The representative of Visa, commented on the situation:
We can confirm that membership in WaveCrest Visa terminated due to continued violations of our rules. Discontinuance with WaveCrest does not mean that we will no longer support cryptocurrency products.
There are other Visa card programs using cryptocurrency. Termination of membership in WaveCrest Visa will not affect these other products.
The news first appeared on Twitter, where a number of companies related to WaveCrest, publicly apologized.

Other companies and cards are not affected.
