The user is paid a Commission 3150 ETH for sending four transactions in the amount of 0.15 ETH

That night one unknown wallet Ethereum went down in history as the sender of the most expensive transactions for all time of existence of the network.

At the moment it is known that one address had been involved in four transactions for a total amount of 0.15 ETH, or about$ 20 at current exchange rate. In this case, as commissions for these transactions was spent 3150 ETH or about $450 000.

The chronology of the transactions is as follows: for the first transaction in the amount of 0.01 ETH ETH 210 was written off as a Commission. Next are two transactions 0.02 ETH and ETH 420 fee for each of them. The latest transaction was in the amount of 0.1 ETH with the Commission in 2100 ETH. Thus, for sending ETH 0.15 user paid 3150 ETH as a Commission.

Not yet able to establish who owns this wallet and as it turned out that for such small translations have been written off such a huge Commission. At the moment the active use of wallet continues with making multiple small transactions, but with the appropriate commissions.

Given the fact that the address is very active and sends hundreds of transactions per day, and the fee is a multiple of the amount of payment (all Commission more of the transaction amount 21 000 times), the most likely cause is a software bug on some major service. Either we are talking about some symbolic action, the cause of which is still unknown to the community.
