The postal and telecommunications of Ukraine arrested the web administrator, which is integrated in websites scripts for cryptogamia. March 26, this was reported by local law enforcement agencies. The attacker was 32-year-old native of Bukovyna, which was the responsibility of several educational web sites. According to local police, the total attendance of all sites reached 1.5 million people per month. Embedded in websites scripts used the computing power of processors and graphics cards of visitors for illicit cryptocurrency mining. The miner could face up to 6 years in prison.
Law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case and raided the house of an alleged cybercriminal. As a result of the examination was seized all computer equipment, credit cards, hard drives and all records of the suspect.
